We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Services. Users may visit our Services anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Service related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Services. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users' means of connection to our Services, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Some of our Services will require location permissions to collect coarse / precise location data. Location-aware apps such as FreeWay (國道一路通) will collect such data in the background with "Always" location permission for traffic reporting; the rest will only collect them in the foreground.

Our Services may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Services may not function properly.

We may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:

• To improve customer service: information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
• To send periodic emails: we may use the email address to respond to inquiries, questions and other requests.
• To analyze customer usage: we may use non-personal identification information to analyze our Services' reliability, performance, etc.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others.

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

When cloud speech is used, text you enter is sent through the DoItWell.app server to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. Raw text is not written to the application database; language-detection cache keys use a server-keyed irreversible HMAC. IP address, request time, App Check results, and usage metadata may be retained for up to 30 days for security, diagnostics, and quota enforcement.

The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for usage, performance, and crash diagnostics, and Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may process device identifiers, advertising interactions, coarse location, and diagnostics. Google UMP consent is shown where required, and cross-app tracking on iOS requires ATT authorization. Advertising privacy choices can be reopened from app settings.

Freeway Web uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or manage other third-party vendors' cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. Google Drive and iCloud access occurs only after sign-in or user action and is processed under Google or Apple service terms. We do not sell personal data. We have the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
